Our aim is to be able to give you the opportunity to express your thoughts and opinions to friends and neighbors around the world. Use the forums to learn how to train, eat and supplement to achieve your fitness goals, or indeed share the knowledge you already have with our members!

We simply ask that you follow some basic community rules which are designed to ensure Wannabebig remains a friendly and positive environment.

1. Respect - Treat your fellow WBBers with respect in all of your posts.

2. Flaming - No flaming, no trolling and no harassment of members.

3. Hate Speech - Absolutely no hate speech of any sort.

4. Profanity - No profanity in posts or pictures. Do not evade the profanity filter. If you must swear, let the **** filter do its job.

5. Not Safe For Work - No posting of Not Safe For Work (NSFW) links or pictures. This means no nudity, obscenity, offensive/disgusting, or adult-oriented links or pictures (including avatars).

6. Signatures - Each Wannabebig Forums Membership comes with the ability to display a signature at the bottom of your posts. Typical signature contents include quotes, fitness goals or links to a Wannabebig Journal. Keep signatures classy and tidy.

Signature links to any commercial websites or links to other fitness related sites (even non-commercial) are not allowed. You are allowed to link to personal websites, as long as they are non-commercial. By non-commercial we mean that you are not personally selling products or advertising on it. Moderators, AtLarge Sponsored Athletes, paid advertisers and WBB Writers/Contributors generally have some agreement with us, so you will often see links in their signatures. The moderators know who is and is not allowed to advertise in their sig.

There will be an Exceptions/White List of acceptable sites (i.e. Fitday.com) that will be posted to the FAQ area of WBB and maintained there. If you would like to see a site added to the White List, ask the Administrator or a Moderator to consider it and we'll check it out.

7. Sales and Self promotion - For the same reasons as the signature rules, we do not allow self promotion of services of products. What this means is that you may not promote services or products which you offer or sell. If you are however asked directly about a product or service you sell or offer, you may respond and answer the question. Likewise, you may not post about items you have for sale.

8. Posting/Requesting sources - No posting/requesting source information for steroids or other illegal substances.

9. Multiple accounts - One account per person.

10. Moderation direction - Abide by the directions of the moderator team. Discussions about moderator actions (warnings, bannings, deleted posts) will take place via PM or email, and not in threads on the forums.

Violation of these rules will result in a variety of responses from the moderator team, ranging from warnings up to and including permanent lifetime bans from WBB.

Search: If you have a question you would like to ask, its always worth doing a search first. Most likely someone will have asked the question before, which will either give you the exact answer you are looking for or enable you to ask a better more direct question.

Agree to Disagree: Sometimes it’s for the best. Often another member’s point of view might really irritate you. However if you resort to flaming or insulting it will be you that suffers. Often it’s best to simply put opinion across and agree to disagree.

Get Involved. We want to encourage you to read ALL of the messages in ALL of the boards that may interest you. Get involved in the discussions, start your own topics, and above all - have fun and get the support and information you need.
