For the Experts.
What is you opitions on gear when dieting ???
You've bulked up and you've got some solid muscle there !!! What is the purpose of AS at this point ??? Apart from stopping any muscle wasting !! Is there any other advantage ??
Also, does it matter if the cycle is considerebly less then the bulking cycle ??
Thanks for your help guys !!!

Well IMHO, (contest) dieting without gear is setting yourself up for disapointment. If you are going to use the same drugs that you used to gain , yes I would cut back the dosage. But preferably if you are going to such extremes to get such a low BF% then it would be more usefull to use a product that wouldnt cause your body to hold as much water. Such as a primo, winny, prop. If you try to use things like sust, deca, dbol, etc while dieting you will lose the BF but not be able to get all the benefits because your body will be holding excessive H2O.
BTW, my past comments on this board were to make a point. There will always be people on these boards that know more than you, me. But unless you put the attitudes, and ego aside you will not be able to take full advantage of that. It was not directed at yourself, so I wonder why you took such personal offence? This board has great potential. And you are lucky to have people like IB, and Abombs who are here spending so much time helping out. Throwing attitude back and forth is counterproductive to the mission of the "boards". I am more than willing to help pass along the knowlwdge I have struggled to learn. But I am not going to waste my time arguing with 22 year old little punks that have put 3 years in the gym and think they know everything. You know what I mean? Anyway I dont know if I really answered your Q but hope even the simplest of information helps someone.

this is an dumb question, do you really think the pro's can maintain a 300+ lb body wieght without gear? NO
They would weigh a hell of a lot less if they didn't use while dieting...

Life,
first off thanks for the response. Second off ... who is the 22 year old little punk that has spend 3 years in the gym ????
Im sorry if I offended you. I just saw your comment as a dirrect atack on some of the guys on this site .... most of whom are nice guys. Just though you were being rude.
IBiftin ..... you don't like me do ya !!!!!! :)
lol ... thanks for your response too .... I don't think you understood what I was getting at or maybe I didn't word it correctly ..... yeah of course I don't think a pro could compete at 260+ (or whatever) without gear ....... and yes I don't think I would have been able to compete at 225 without gear ...... BUT ...... what are the benefits ........ does it just stop muscle breakdown when dieting ?????? Is that all ???
I apologise if you think this is a dumb ass question !!!

Hey!! that would be me :)
life, we were just joking around, that's why we put dozen of :p after each insult.
You suck :p
I dieted during my testosterone cycle a year ago and got incredible results. I went from 195 to 198 lbs, but this is the good part...
I went from 12.5 to 7% bodyfat. You do the math. That's a pretty f'ing sweet LBM gain.
