All I read is that its good to take creatine with carbs and nlarge is just that !

Do you use water with your NLarge or milk? I personally use milk right now.

For all you Canadians(Ontario). Zehers stores now have some supplements. They have NLarge for $35.99, that is cheaper than I paid $42.99, and $10.00 cheaper than my GNC store($45.99).

Just thought I would pass it along.

Is it Nlarge or Nlarge2 and what size is the container?

It's NLarge2, and it's the 3lb size, I believe, whatever the size is just below the large container, they don't have the biggest container at my Zehers.

I don't like that deal. You can get the 10lbs buckets on the net for around 70$ which includes shipping.
