I am going to be buying some Prolab NLarge2 in the near future.

What I was wondering was, when is the best time to take it? :confused:

I have read some post on the forum, some guys are taking 2-4 scoops 2X per day, that seems like a lot to me($$$$$). :eek:

I take mine once between two meals....like breakfast and lunch and then I take it post-workout. If this is your first time using it, I'd suggest starting at 3 scoops twice a day for your body to adjust. Then increase it to the full serving twice a day. Hope this helps. :cool:

If you're going to take it definitely take it post-workout. Another method would be to eat a meal and take one scoop with it to add calories.
