Recently I have noticed myself waking a lot later than usual..

Its really wierd because I have ALWAYS been a early riser. Whatever time I would go to bed I would always wake at 7-8:30 am... I just would wake and then could not return to sleep.

However lately the week days I have been waking at 9 ish which is late for me on a weekday. If I set my alarm for 7-8 I just feel so tired..

Today I got up at 11 am!!!!!!! thats unheard of for me!

What could be causing this?

I noticed that when I was training harder I was extremely tired in the evening and wuld crash at 11.. I am going to bed a little later nowadays but I can't see this being the main reason as before I would go to bed at 2 and still wake no later than 8..??

Any ideas?

A while back the same thing happened to me, not matter what I did I ended up sleeping till nne or ten. It was fixed on it's own, now I'm up by 8:30 without my alarm.

So my advise don't stress over it, maybe your body is just playing catch up, the problem will fix it's self

I was thinking the same as Tryska? It hasnt been long since you've gotten back. Probably not used to the different time zone yet.

I've been struggling to get outta bed too. I think it's the cold weather. Warm in bed, Cold outside. etc.
