my left wrist is kind of weird.
I have no trouble holding heavy weights like in deads or shrugs, i even do calf raises holding the bar in my hands without trouble.

but then when i do wrist curls or especially reverse wrist curls my left wrist starts protesting.

it seems it can take pressure as long as it is held straight, and it just goes crappy when not.

i have one of those little lumps on my tendon on that wrist.
i dont know what its called but its kinda common and some have it removed. can this be causing it?

It has improved. at first i couldn`t even do chinups cause my wrist would fail even after only 5 rather light reps.
now no problem except in W curls

Maybe you need to drop the weight a bit? Have you injured it previously?

My wrist was messed up for 4 - 5 months a while back from trying too much on reverse barbell curls.

Just don't overdue it with putting lots of pressure on it. Better to slowly strengthen it up than have to baby it because of injury.

I have that lump on my wrist too. Its a pain in the ass. I wanna have it removed. i dont know where they come from. One day, I looked down, and there it was.

I think you should get it checked out by a doctor in case it might be something serious. When it comes to the human body you have only one go at it and it is best to find out from an expert.
