I'm looking for a good mrp and I was wondering if anyone has heard anything about this stuff. It's made by cytodyne, they make some big claims about the product, any input would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

I took Cytoplex to get ready for a beach trip. I got pretty lean while I was using it. The reason it helps you get cut is it has ephedra in it, which they don't really advertise. It doesn't taste super or anything but I think Cytodyne is a company you can trust

I don't see anything in thier ingrediants that will support the claims they are making......but try it and let us know.

Waste of money, it's a poor tasting MRP with no effect on fat loss. Cytopro on the other hand is rather tasty as Doc said.

And Yes I have used it, I was given 3 boxes to see if it had any effect. I ended up giving the last box away as I'd rather drink an MRP i like the taste of, rather than the one I can barely stomach.

Agreed with whats been said. Cytodyne I do think is a company that you can trust but youre better off going with Cytopro for protein rather than Methoxypro or Cytoplex.

Cytoplex is crap. the fat loss ingredient in it is chitosan-real revolutionary. The best meal replacement is your plain protein (much cheaper) with a vitamin and apple or other source of low glycemic carbs.

Food.

If no access to food- tuna. Its almost food.

If no access to Tuna, lowcarb Myoplex strawberry flavor. Its dodecalicious! It doesnt have all of the malto from which most other MRPs get their carbs. Of course you know that malto isnt great for cutting...for insulin's sake. You should be getting your carbs from elsewhere anyways, not from a damn drink.
