Has anyone try it? Is it any good?

I have heard that it doesn't work, and that the whole bottle only contains 5g of creatine total.

I have read someting about the most popular brand of liquid creatine, Muscle Marketing. They tested their product in labs, and they turned out to be less than 1%!!! of label claim.

before people jump in with "Its crap" or "its junk" I think people should back these terms up....

I have no intention of ever trying it or probably any other brand of creatine but I think Miss Abs has argued this beofre and I think she is for serum...

Perhaps she'll throw her input on in this.. :)

Doesn't the serum contain more creatinine than creatine? Definatly heard that one a few times before.

BTW Creatinine = bad.

@ ast-ss.com, they have a promotion; if u complain to the fda and other companies about them selling this, and give a copy of it to them, u get free stuff.

The reason why creatine serum isn't good is because there is not yet a way to keep it stable in a liquid. And the claims they make about there products are bogus, like no gain in water weight (even though thats what you are trying to get). The purpose of creatine is to draw water into the muscle cells to provide better hydration so if the liquid did not give you a water gain it means that the creatine is not being put to use.

Read the review, didn't see a "promotion" for free stuff.

Can you post a link?
