I have a curious question:

Most of the lifters I know don't use gear. In fact, I don't personally know anyone in my circle who does.
These guys are serious, lift heavy, eat right, but even though they're big and strong they look...well...squishy if you know what I mean. I also am sort of squishy looking.

When you see guys who look like they're chipped out of concrete is that just diet? Or is it gear? I seem to vaguely recall hearing about some sort of gear that "hardens" the muscle.

I asking merely for knowledge, not for use. If its a dumb question, I apologize.

Well Kat, that is just the slabs of iron that they tuck under their skin.

Steroids allows lean body mass to be gained at a lower insulin level therefore gaining less fat in the process allowing you to stay leaner.
there are other reason as well.

"muscle hardness" is genetically determined. those who posses such hardness usually have really dense muscle consisting of more fibres per certain area. ive got a friend with a ripped 48 inch chest, and its soft as hell, on the other hand i know a guy who has 44 inch and is rock hard. yes they both juice.

although this trait is genetically determined, there are ways such as oxandrolone, winstrol, halo, that make your muscles harder by stripping away acces water from the skin as well as your muscles. if youve ever cycle anavar you would realize that you shrink a little due to the duiretic effect. but the plus about his is that you become alot harder.

Now Now young-ens, no need for that. We are all part of the same community, we are bbers and plers. Gear or no gear, it still takes a lot of hard work and dedication, try to remember that. I myself have not yet ventured to the land of gear, but a cycle of clen seems to be imminent in my future.
