i hear red wine thins the blood, allowing access to the smallest capilliaries.

i don't know if red wine will...well actually, it's alcohol, so yeah, maybe so...but garlic will do that too....as well as aspirin. might as well take an eca sav. *lol* and your welcome birthday girl.

that's right and that's why many bodybuilders drink some red wine before a comp
it enhances vascularity

Oh man, sometimes I wake up and my arm is practially cold. I assume it's at my side, but it's really behind my head or some ****, and way beyond asleep. Its has 0 feeling it in. I need to shake it around for like 5 minutes just to get that asleep feeling, then another 5 to get rid of that. LOL maybe if you guys were big it would happen to you too

I'm worried that it's gonna happen after I'm out drinking, and I won't wake up until my arm's been cold for like 6 hours.....That can't be a good thing. LOL I'd be pretty pissed if having big muscles makes me get my arm amputated.

Try a form of self-hypnosis/meditation. That can improve circulation throughout the body.
Go to a search engine and look for "autogenic training."

Another good thing for circulation is Omega-3 fatty acid, you can get it from oily fish (or fish oil supplements).
Other good foods for circulation are onions, garlic, chilli, ginger, pinapple and tea.
