Iron Defieceny(sp?)

A friend of mine has an Iron Defiecy(sp?) is it as simple as to buy her Iron pills or what?

no. if she is anemic, it's best for her doctor to diagnose, and to treat her.

you can cause real problems for yourself by taking in too much iron.

All i was told was she has iron defiency, um..whats anemic?

I was anemic for a couple of years. Tell your friend to see a doctor because it could be a result of bigger problems. Also be carefull with iron pills. Like Tryska said they can be real dangerous. Being anemic sucks. You always feel tired and in my opinion my endurance got really ****ty.
