I WENT FROM ABOUT 16% BODYFAT TO 6% AND HAVE HAD THE WEIGHT OFF FOR ABOUT 2-3 MONTHS. MY SKIN ESPECIALLY ON MY ABS IS VERY LOSE AND WON'T TIGHTEN UP. IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO OR TAKE TO HELP ME WITH THIS?
THANKS

a. could you please not type in caps?

b. how fast did you lose the weight? and how? were you weight-training during this time? from what i understand rapid weight lose can cause your skin to become lose and the only way to get rid of it is surgery. I may be totally wrong though.

also, perhaps this thread should be moved to general health, since it's not exactly diet related? nutrtion mods? please? for me?

Can someone plz confirm this as in whether the only way to get rid of such loose skin is through surgery? I'm now at 13.8% BF and have lost quite alot of weight in a short time (but I still lift weights). Right now my pecs (around the nipples) and triceps are loose (triceps is like one huge, loose but yet hard piece of crap).

So...should I continue losing my BF (diet and cardio) and wait till it's around 10% and see how's things going, or should I go see a doctor now?

The so called tight skin comes from VERY low bf [like under 8-10 in real terms] and the loss of sub-skin water.

Sunlight tightens the skin so I've heard.
