sharp pain in the front of the calves

When I raises my toes up I have that pain in front of my calves near the bone.Now I have trouble running and training calves

A lot of runners get shin splints. You run a lot?

You should an elliptical runner. Maybe your gym has one.

that injury occur in wrestling practice over time I guess from the constant bumping in the ring.Because when you fall on your back you want to break your fall by landing feet first specially when you are doing a flip.
