In what position do you normally sleep?

I dont' want to sound stupid by posting so many topics at once, sorry.

Anyway, I MUST sleep with two pillows. One for my head and one to hold on to while I am sleeping. I usually lay on my side, holding on to a pillow, with my feet together and bent. I cannot fall asleep on my back or stomache.

My boyfriend always is making fun of how I sleep. I lay on my stomach holding the pillow and have one leg out to the side bent. He says it looks so uncomfortable, but it's the only way I can fall asleep.

Garza - me too. I need two pillows to fall asleep. One under the head and one to hold on to. My wife always complains, "why do you hold that pillow when you can hold me?" ha ha dunno honey:)

And my golden retrievers are both "she's"...

When I'm travelling or home alone with no boyfriend and no pets, I tend to sprawl diagonally across the bed on my stomach, taking up as much room as possible. :p

I usually fall asleep spooning with my wife or lying on my back with my head propped up on a pillow while watching tv with the remote on my belly. If I am really tired I go into what my wife calls "sleep mode", which is on my belly with my arms wrapped around the pillow. If she sees me like this she knows I don't want sex that night.

Yeah, when sleeping with somebody, spooning is the only way. I usually sleep on my side anyway... and when her hair smells good... yeah.

I lay on the left side of the bed on my side, for some reason i always have to face the door, back to the wall, no idea why. think it makes me feel safer, don't fall asleep any other way

seriously...feng shuio says to have your bed away from the door, but facing it, so if an intruder comes in, you are not snuck up on. back when i was having my nocturnal panic attacks i couldn't settle unless i was facing the door.

I sleep on my front usually with my hands underneath my legs (i do that automatically, i think it keeps my hands warm?)

I fall asleep on my back or side in a fetal position, but I always wake up on my stomach with my arms underneath me or above me. Half the time I wake up not being able to feel my arms because I cut the circulation off in that position.
