Whats good for the heart ??? Any Herbs or minerals ??

Just anything that helps maintain a healthy heart. Like Garlic for example.

well yeah okay...garlic. *lol*

and ginseng, and magnesium.....i had to clarify though, because there are some hardcore heart herbs that border on poisons, so i needed to check.

Coenzyme CoQ10
Green Tea
Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA)
Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)
(both of the last two are found in fish oil)

1-Coenzyme CoQ10
2-vitamin E.
3-Beta-Carotene
4-Arginine (doubtful )
5-folic acid
6-fish oil or any supplement that provides omega-3,6 and 9 fatty acids.
8-fruits and vegetables
9-beer or red wine.
10-skip red wine if you are under age use grape skin instead it provides resveratrol.
11-selenium it has a compound called glutathione peroxidase which works with vitamin E to protect cell membranes from free radicals.
12- Low saturated fat diet.
13-olive oil.

yes, but in extreme moderation, 1 drink a day maybe. and i think grape juice will actually produce the same results.. so dont go and slam a case of miller high life and toast each one to a healthy heart.

The structure of polyphenols doesn't allow them to re-build a broken heart,so I'm really sorry once again mate. :cry:
