Hey, my name is Matt, I'm 16, 6 feet tall, and 140lbs. I love snowboarding & working on my Subaru RS. Joined this forum just to get some good tips on bulking up. I've been lifting 4 days a week by myself for the past 2 months, I get pretty decent muscle tone, but but I'm still a scrawny little white kid, I'm looking to really get big. I eat a ton, try and get at least 140 grams of protein a day, but it all passes through me. Any advice on what to eat and how to get meet my goal of 165lbs by the end of summer would be great, thanks -Matt

If you are not gaining the weight than eat more. ;) I'd also bump that protein up some too Matt. If you can, add in some weight gainer shakes through out the day to add some calories and protein.

Welcome to the site. Keep lifting and eating, you'll get 165 no problems.
