Hey, my name is Matt, I'm 16, 6 feet tall, and 140lbs. I love snowboarding & working on my Subaru RS. Joined this forum just to get some good tips on bulking up. I've been lifting 4 days a week by myself for the past 2 months, I get pretty decent muscle tone, but but I'm still a scrawny little white kid, I'm looking to really get big. I eat a ton, try and get at least 140 grams of protein a day, but it all passes through me. Any advice on what to eat and how to get meet my goal of 165lbs by the end of summer would be great, thanks -Matt
