I have to say this forum has been a tremendous help in doing some research lately. I've been working out for the past two years on a regular basis but I am gonna try to start dieting allot more. Im gonna start with this diet:

Breakfast
Protein shake in the morning with peanut butter and skim milk
Midmorning
2 hardboiled eggs
Lunch
2 cans of Tuna with 1 TBS of Mayo
Midafternoon
2 more hardboiled eggs/protein shake with peanutbutter skim milk.
Dinner
Boneless chicken breast/ with cauliflower.

I thought this was a good start, it shows about 2584 calories and 346 protein. I want to lose the fat but also gain muscle.
Right now Im about 285, and Im 6'4.

My goals are to increase my bech press by 25 more pounds, im doin 290X1 right now and hope to get to 315 by the end of summer and weigh about 240.
