Hi,
Thought I'd introduce myself.
- Name: Linda
- Age: 27
- Gender: female
- Location: Philly, USA area. Originally Tobermory & k/w, Ontario, Canada
- Background: Have a BBA from a Canadian university. Worked as an accountant for 2 year in the states, resigned and now waiting on INS to get their paper work caught up so I can work again; happily married to a US citizen that I met online when getting undergrad.
- Training experience: no official training experience. Played around a bit with it in my teens when my brothers would lift.
- Any Interests: cats, movies, reading, web surfing, gardening, home repair type stuff.
Was reading Stumptuous.com which really piqued my interest and did a search on google and found the forum.
My husband and I are going to start off following Steve Zim's Hot Point Fitness 12 week plan and probably tweak here and there because he's using machines and we're working out at home. My goal is to lose fat and gain strength. My husband goal is strength and size.
Looking forward to learning lots from u guys/gals,
