Became a member a couple of weeks ago. I'm finding tons of great advice and information on these forums. Nice people. I started to workout about a month ago. I used to weight 310 lbs (in 2002). I did not like the "goin over 300 lbs: moment. so I made some pretty dramatic changes to my diet, one of them if not eatin 3 chocolat bars a day and almost stoped drinking soft drinks... 2 years and a bit later I'm at 248 lbs. If any one knows of good routines or has advice for me I'm all ears!
