Became a member a couple of weeks ago. I'm finding tons of great advice and information on these forums. Nice people. I started to workout about a month ago. I used to weight 310 lbs (in 2002). I did not like the "goin over 300 lbs: moment. so I made some pretty dramatic changes to my diet, one of them if not eatin 3 chocolat bars a day and almost stoped drinking soft drinks... 2 years and a bit later I'm at 248 lbs. If any one knows of good routines or has advice for me I'm all ears!

Welcome. Droping 52lbs is great progress. You'll find lots of routines in the journals as you can read what people are currently or have done. The wbb routines are also solid and can be done by anyone at various levels. You'll find them on the main wbb site.
