Curious what type of symptoms Anthrax has or what it actually does to a person if not treated?
I heard this morning on the news that a 7 month old baby has the virus/disease (Whatever it is).

From what I have heard. It cause flu like symptoms. If untreated, it causes fluid build up in the lungs which prevents oxygen from getting into to lungs. In other words you drown. The baby has the skin anthrax which is easily treated by many types of antibiotics. But if untreated see above. If it is in the skin you will notice sores or lesions that is not healing.

I know next to nothing about it. From micro I remember that it's caused by Bacillus anthracis. Here's a link I found (no, I don't live in NZ):

cultivating anthrax would be pretty damn easy it seems... the internet is covered in articles explaining how to grow your own load..... pretty scary, but its the same with pipebombs...
athrax actually used to grow so much on dead cattle cadavers, that people buried the dead cows like 20 feet underground and mark the spot so they wouldn`t dig there....

grow it yes, all you would need is a fermenting chamber and some blood
The most disturbing part of this is how it has been milled into a fine powder!
