Hey all,
Ok, I am almost at 2 weeks on my creatine "cycle". What changes, if any should I be looking for. I know it doesn't work for everyone... but if it was working for me, what should I be noticing?
Thanks,

Seems like i get a little poofier and gain ~3-4 lbs real fast. Can definitely tell I'm able to squeeze out an extra rep or two...

When I go on creatine I don't get the water weight gain most people do. What I get is a lot of extra strength though. All my lifts go up. Unlike most people here I load the creatine up.

I'm doing the same creatine (micronized) right now and I've shot up about 9 lbs of probably all water in two weeks. I don't load either. It seems that I'm responding to this creatine a lot better than all the times I've taken cell-tech.
The amount of water you hold will depend on your current LBM. When I was lighter, I didn't gain as much as I do now, being I have more muscle now.

Twiz,
Personally, I wouldn't recomend creatine when trying to cut weight. In general it makes you hold more water. I'm not sure if the affect is very visibly dramatic 'cause it never worked for me. I'd say layoff the creatine for awhile, return it if possible, and use your money on something else. Hope this helps you bro. :cool:Spidey

Thanks for the feedback.
Spidey, I am not trying to get down in weight... I don't really care what my body weight is, I just want size and less bf%
I've been on the Met-Rx for 2 weeks now...
I will stay on it for 2 more, and see what's up.
