- 50lbs in 2 months is not a realistic goal.

- don't bother with creatine yet... see what kind of progress you can make just eating well and training, first... if you just started working out 2 weeks ago you still have a lot to learn

welcome to the boards

I agree, eat lots, train hard. The weight will come.

count your calories
go to the diet and nutrition section and read away
50lb in two months is about 5/6 of a lb a day, not possible- not even close
but you maybe able to put on 20lb in two months if you're just starting and you work hard enough and eat harder. 20lb is a huge amount of muscle- i dont think you realize how much 20lb of muscle is-
i see no reason to not go on creatine in a few weeks.

50 pounds in 2 weeks, if its possible let me know lol. Im more or less a newbie, well, ive been at it solidly for a few months, eat LOADS, i cant stress that enough(TUNA). and if your takin creatine, buy pure creatine, not any of that gimmick sheat(the words Cell and Tech spring to mind), and thats from personal newbie experience lol.

Short answer: no.

Long answer: You will be lucky if you can add on 50 lbs in two years. ( I assume it is muscle you are after and not fat)
After initial newbie gains you will slow down and hit plateaus. This does not take into account all the things that can go wrong, like injury.

It's hard not to be totally focused on results, so you should set more realistic goals. Try working out a good split by posting reading and asking around on here. Diet is totally important pay attention to it. When you start you split take some before measurements and weight. Then after a month of following it redo the measurements and weight that is a great way to really see progress. Since you'll be flexing in the mirror all day every chance you get once you start working out you probably will feel like your not growing. So looking at the data is a great way to see it. Your friends will start to notice soon enough for further proof that what your doing is working.
