Hey, this forum is awesome; I'm sure glad I found it. Anyways, my name is Michael. I am 17 years old, just about to graduate H.S., and I live in California. I have been working out consistently for about a year. I currently weigh 155 lbs, just finishing my bulk cycle. Eight months ago when I just started my bulk, I was almost 125 lbs. So, after gaining about 30 lbs, I've decided to start cutting for summer. This is my 5th day of cutting, I have never done it before, so I'm looking for the right knowledge on how to do it. But I have been running a mile each of the past 5 days, and I have been watching what I eat (still eating about 150g of protein daily). I'm hoping to lose the fat that I gained while bulking (hopefully get a six pack), and to retain the muscle that I have. So I am doing cardio in the morning and weight training in the evening. Right now my goal is to get cut for the summer. Any tips guys?

Age=17
Weight=155
Height=5'8''
Bench=125 X 10REPS (I've never tried maxing out)
Curl= 80 X 5REPS
