I just found this site today. It rocks!!!
I've been working out for about 3 years.
I work for a Chemical Plant (Shift work YUUK!!!) Really puts a toll on recovery(7-3pm one week 3-11pm the next and 11-7am the last)
I have a gym membership and a cage with free weights at home just in case the gym is closed. I love to lift.
I hurt my shoulder last winter( on Heavy Incline Bench ' Tryin to get that extra rep') and it is finally back in line for some heavy work. The doctor gave me a few shots and that didn't work, so I just started benching with a closer grip. I just started going wide again and it feels good. I also went back to college last fall, so I had to trim my workouts back a bit. I am taking the summer off( college that is. Its a shame and can't take off work too LOL )and hope to really add some size.
I'm going to start with the 1st workout with a few mods.
