Just a quick introduction, I'm 31 years old, male, live in Sydney Australia, teach computing but changing professions and heading into part time security to get myself enough moola to pay for a law degree eventually.
Prior to november last year I was a big fat pig :) but since then I have quit smoking, dropped all my fat and starting to build muscle. I'm 5 foot 8 inches, not sure of bodyfat but i'm not fat, 190lb. I work out in my garage with a bench, chin up bar and base my training around clean and sweep, squats, chin ups, bench press. I want big uncut pure manly muscle on my bones!
I joined this forum because I have been attempting to gain an insight into the key ingredients to success - eating, training, supplements, thinking - and have found this forum to be the most useful and least contradictory. Oh plus I have made mistakes (such as not being able to move for 3 days once) Deadlifts are not fun for newbs :nod: .
I need guidance.
