Milk Thistle.
I take 120mg x 2 with most meal. I only take at a speical time tho. ;)
Why you bothered about your liver ???? Drink plenty of water for your kidneys.
Not gonna speculate here, but i'd go milk thistle for liver, drink tons of water (as long as they are flushing fluids from your body you should be okay) also, keep a steady check on your bp, some people have a hardening of the arteries, i can't think of anything else at the moment, but if i do, i'll let ya know

Cranberry juice for your kidneys. At least a glass a day is what I've always been told. I have had 5 kidney infections and each time the doc will give me antibiotics and say drink lots of Cranberry Juice!

make sure it's not the sweetened kind though.
cranberry juice works by changing the ph balance of your pee...and making it more acidic..which hampers infections of the bladder, and UTI as far as i knew..but i guess kidenys too.
perhaps you could do cranberry juice extract capsules?

Fish-Oil Supplement Slows Progression of Kidney Disease
ROCHESTER, MINN. -- A daily dose of fish oil slows the progression of disease in people suffering from IgA nephropathy, a relatively common kidney disease with potentially serious consequences. An earlier Mayo Clinic-led study showed that, after two years, people who took the fish oil had significantly better kidney function and significantly fewer of them suffered advanced kidney failure than people who took a placebo.
A recent report in the Journal of the American Society of Nephrology shows that those benefits continue over time. Researchers followed all 106 of the original study participants for an average of more than six years. They found that the fish oil group fared better than the placebo group in two key areas: worsening of kidney function (the ability to process wastes) and kidney failure.
