When i started training on january with my freind .... all i used to do was dips and chinups whilst he used to do mad chest excercises.
2 1/2 months down the line i found this site .... and it has helped me a great deal, not only in diet wise but training as well.
If it was'nt for this ****, i would like be eating like 2 meals a day and overtraining like mad.
