New Member here from Oklahoma City. 36 and training on and off since age of 18. I am up at the crack of dawn jogging an hour every day now. Then I eat and prepare for an evening routing every other night. I've never been able to get quite where a I want to be: Low bodyfat and great definition. I think I am a good weight for my size 6'2" and 230. I just need the weight distributed different. I don't look bad at all - but I could get rid of the 36" waist. I think that is the only part that truly truly needs some work.
