Hi, i saw these off a google search and was immediately interested. I am 15, and new to working out. I am only 100 pounds, a little under 10% body fat. But that makessense since I am only 5 foot, or maybe 5'1. Though I amstill very weak only able to bench around 75 pounds :cry: that is still quite a bit more then I was only a couple months ago. I am looking forward to get bigger and stronger. I still have quite a bit to learn about all this first though :)

welcome to the forums, dont worry about your strength, it will come over time.

Welcome to the site. You're only 15 so you probably have a lot of growing upwards and outwards still. Keep training and you'll grow along with your frame and have a great physique when you hit your peak.
