I reside in Vancouver, BC

5'7 in
20% bf
175 lbs currently bulking to 185 lbs
How did I find out about this site? Through the fitness guru Maki :clown:
I started lifting when I was 17 doing bs routines and made no gains because of my crap diet and lack of knowledge. Through research, I started getting into nutrition and proper lifting techniques about 2 years ago when I came across the abcbodybuilding "all natural" site. Those guyz have helped me learn a lot.
I have been making great gains since I became consistent in the gym, I started out at 130 lbs!! I was so skinny lol! After finishing off my bulking phase I would like to cut down to about 10% bf. I already know I can gain weight I broke that barrier pretty well, I used to always say "I never gain weight, I have bad genes" Now it's time to prove to myself I can lose some body fat and maintain a good amount of muscle. I wanna get ripped!
