Does it change your face/head?

This might sound weird but does bodybuilding change the appearance of your head or face in any way? Because male bodybuilders always seem to have a kind of distinct chiseled masculine looking heads. Do bodybuilders carry higher levels of testosterone or something? Thanks for your help.

i know that use of certain steroids can change the shape of your face and jaw....but i don't think that applies to natty bb'ers.

its improved a bit since doing fitness comps

some pro also ahve anadrol jaw as well( high water retention)

Keeping your muscles in shape can make you look younger other than that I don't know what bodybuilding does for ones face

Low bodyfat gives a more chiseled look, as I think does all the years of tensing the facial muscles through lifting.

Some pros have a lot of hypertrophy of the facial muscles, especially in the cheeks and under the chin, which I assume is largely from anabolic steroids and growth hormone. Also, I think some of the pros look like they're starting to develop acromegaly from too much growth hormone.

I have high cheek bones. I lost them when I started bulking. Tryska and some others can contest to that as they have seen my pic.
When I get under 10% my cheekbones and my facial features are quite visible.

Body Fat like the rest of the guys say. I've got a face shot of me before my comp and it looks like Skelitor (spellin) from He-Man. I got two holes at the side of my mouth.
