Hey everyone, My names Leo and I just started lifting 2 weeks ago.
Age: 14
Height: 5'9
Weight: 160
Two weeks ago before I started working out I weighed 150 so I guess I put on about 5 lbs. of water and some muscle. My goal is to bulk to 180 before I start cutting.
I don't really know what else to say, haha
I'll take any advice or criticism happily
