Thought I'd introduce myself since I'm new and all
Name: John
Age: 18
Location: Columbus, OH
Height: 5'7" or 5'8"
Weight: 115 pounds
Body Size: Slim
Background: I recently got into weight lifting in an attempt to get rid of my skinny arms. When I wear a short sleeve shirt people always like to look at my arms and go on about how skinny I am and how much my arms look like a part of a skeleton. I have found no way to increase the size of my wrists and arms yet. I don't bench often being my wrists don't allow me to support as much weight as I know I can do. (I need to build up my upper chest area, had surgery a year and a half ago)
Personal Goals: Reach about 145-150 lbs and get rid of my skinny arms/wrists
If anyone would like to help me plan out a routine and if there are any safe products I can get to help me I'd really appreciate it.

hi John!
your wrists will never get much thicker (just bones and ligaments and tendon attachments in there, not muscle), but your arms and forearms can! :)
if you're just starting out, the best thing you can do is not worry about supplements and just eat lots of good, solid, basic foods (meats, veggies, a bit of starches, etc.)
also get on a good solid all-around training program... don't just work your arms, work EVERYTHING!
we have a 'canned' routine for people on the website portion here (see WBB1 Routine) and that's not a bad place to start.
How'd you find the site?

Hey laced, the first thing you need to do is start eating more food!! Don't worry about having a perfect "bodybuilder diet" just start eating until you are NEVER hungry. Do not let your appetite dictate when you eat or you'll end up exactly where you are - 115lbs. I know it's tough, I also have a small appetite, but you need to force it down. All the training in the world will do nothing unless you start shoveling in the food. I can't stress this enough. EAT EAT EAT!!
Oh, and welcome to WBB! :D

Welcome! WBB is a great place to come and learn. Since i have become a member i have lost over thirty pounds and added 3 pounds of lean muscle mass. Read all the posts and threads and you will learn a lot. You will of course have questions too so try the search button and if you cannot find results just post. I hope some day i can help you
