I don't remember if I made a "newbie" post when I first joined...but I disappeared for so long that I might as well make a new one.

I'm 16, living in Ontario, still doing highschool. I started weight training almost two years ago, but didn't get serious until about a year ago. Throughout that time I've dropped about 7% bodyfat, gained a few pounds, and doubled all my lifts - in some cases even tripled.

Besides lifting, I train dogs for various activites (basic obedience, competitive obedience, conformation showing)...I'm also a big music lover, and a bit of a computer nerd too.

Posted my pictures in the picture forum - but here they are again.

Look forward to seeing a lot more of you guys.

I guess you suffer from the flex-face syndrome like many of us. :) It's nice to see some other girls getting serious about training too! Good luck!

Yeah, I don't always have the flex-face, except that I had to hold it for a long time because the camera would take forever to actually take the picture...the longer I hold it, the weirder the face. Heh.

Don't use clickers, do use positive reinforcement. I use a very easygoing hands-on kind of training (and by hands on I don't mean physical punishment/force). If you want to know more, PM me.

And to the others, thanks guys! I work hard...usually. Heh.
