Hello All.

Ok i have decided to join this forum as i recently aquired a York 925 training bench. Here are some of my familiars :

- Name Mark
- Age 32
- Gender Male
- Location London, UK
- Background (job, education, anything else interesting) Student of Music Technology, practitoner of Etheric Boxing.
- Training experience (if you have any that is) None what so ever, hence i am here :cool:
- Any Interests Music Production, Kung-fu, Weight Training now.

Height 5`8"
Weight 60 Kilos
Bad Habits : Terrible diet,eat nothing hardly, find it difficult to eat large meals consistantly.

I would like to get to 90 kilos by the end of the year.

Good luck with your goals. Start forcing some food down and you may find you'll like it.

60 -> 90 Kilos! Wow, that would be quite something. Just don't be discouraged if you get a lil chubbier along the way! You can always lean down afterwards.

Start increasing your calories gradually to let your appetite adapt.

yeah 60->90 is a little bit much

try to aim for about 75 kg because i read you can only put on about 23lb or muscle in a year. so thats about 10 kg.

just keep training and getting the protein and calories
