Hi...
I am a 16 year old boy from the big and great country of norway, the land of the vikings.. I have just recently got 16.. I go the firste year at what is parallel to high school... there i go i a class who aims more directly towards sports and athletics... I started out as every norwegian boy with soccer at the age of 6, that i played for 7 straight years.. then i quit and did nothing... then i startet again, and played until 15. when i was almost 15 years old i started training weights and began taking boxing lessons... when i was 15 1/2 i benched 90kg (is that equal to 180lbs?)... i then stopped boxing and soccer and consentrated about training weights.. god i regret that i quit boxing... now at the age of 16 and 2 months i have gone injured for 10 straight weeks due to a wrist problem.. right before i got injured i benched 105kg (210lbs?)... i have just no recently started to deadlift and squat.. i squated 100kg with relativ ease my first session...
for way to long i didn't care about how i ate... i only ate healthy, proteins was a unknow thing... now, when i have gone injured, i have read and learned much about diets, supplements and what to eat, and how, and WHY...
now i have started training weights again, and i hope that this newfound knowledge will send me rocket high..
my measurements are:
Weight: 90kg
Upperarms: 37cm
Calves: 41.5cm
Thighs: 57cm
Waist: 89cm
Sholders (no flex): 112cm
i train a 3-splitt, this makes sure that i get enough rest, i also have 2 hours of training everyday at school, and soccer practise 3-5 times a week, so it is important that i get enough rest.. i try to get 8 hours of sleep every night, but it ain't always easy...
the time i don't train (which isn't alot) i hang out with friends, watch tv, movies og just chat here on the internett... once a month, maybe more, maybe less, i go party.... i try to minimize the alchol consumption, but i got to live dont i?? hehe....
some photos of me also follows.... it's not easy to take pictures alone with a web cam, some of the pictures are bad, some are better because they are taken with a digital camera by my friend and training partner...
