Hey, new member here. My sig has some stats about me. I have only been working out for 6-7 months now, and before that I was a total piece of **** (could barely curl 12's and only bench 65). Anyways, the main reason I work out is because I want to become a pro wrestler. And ofcourse, be healthy/look good :strong:. Anyways, thanks for having me!

welcome to the boards and good luck with the pro wrestling career... its a hard career to get into, i have a buddy that is a pro wrestler and he says its tough

You've definitely come to the right place for advice! For starters, I'd put less emphasis on bench and curls and more emphasis on squats and deadlifts.
