how goes it, doing what im suppose to, saying "what's up!?!"

ive recently started going to the gym, im fed up with my body and the way it looks, and i just feel unhealthy.

heres a bit of info about myself:

Age: 18
Height: 5'10 1/2 (that 1/2 inch matters!)
Weight: 190-195 (its fat though :()
Goals: I want people to look at me and go "Damn! That's nice" :)

Yah so I have a lot cut out for me, but I have no clue where to start.
I dont have any routine or anything. I just go and do whatever. Not exactly the most effective thing.

I believe I want to bulk up first while looseing excess body fat, then get cut/ripped, whatever you want to call it.

I'm here to learn! :) What kind of routine I need at the gym, any type of cheap (im a poor college student) supplements that might could help me, tips about diets/ways to trim your calories.

Ohh yah I gained like my freshman 15 because of junk I ate, but I already gained my senior 15 the year before because I was allowed to eat out everyday for lunch.

Trust me, you've come to the right place. Even on a budget you can still put on a good amount of muscle and lose bodyfat!
