I am Iron Heart. I am a 24 year old pre med student from the midwest who is just getting into body building. I hope to learn a lot from these forums, and be able to teach other's what I have learned as well. Nice to meet you all.

Gotta make the time bro, got to make the time. Besides I can't really tell my patients to be healthy if they have a lard ass doctor starring back at them :)
