Ok this is how it's gonna be!

Week 1-4: Thai d-bol 30mg/day
Week 1-8: Sustanon 250mg/once a week

3 weeks after last susta shot: Clomid at 100mg/day 10days & 50mg/day for another 10 days.

Q's:

Nolvadex and Proviron, how much do I need. Should i buy both, or just the Nolvadex? Im thinking, buying a little (enough for 1 week of both) of both and if I get gyno symptoms I will buy more right away.

Also I have not read about people using both, why is that? If you get gyno symptoms, do you stop the AS and use anti estrogens only or do you continue with the AS and add the anti?

Also read that you could do 300!mg of Clomid the first day?

Your cycle looks good. You might want to consider upping to 500mg for weeks 4-6.

Proviron one or two 25 mg per day should be sufficient to prevent gynecomastia. But if your not sensitive to it ... I wouldn't bother. You may get reduced gains from your cycle on it, as Proviron is an androgen it binds to androgen receptor sites within the body making it difficult for other streroids to take effect.

No you will not need to buy both. I would say buy about 25-30 20mg tabs of nolvadex, or 50-60 10mg tabs.

Sorry, thats not the way to do it. Who says your source will still have it on hand? Who says he will be able to ship it to you right away?

No you do not stop taking your AS. You stay on track with your cycle while taking 20-40mg of nolvadex for 4 days, then take 10mg of nolvadex a day for the next 7 days.

No you do not need to take 300mg of clomid the first day. Since you are taking sost and it is long acting I would suggest you wait 2 weeks after your last injection and then take 100mg clomid ED for a week. Next 2 weeks take 50mg of clomid ED, and you are done.

Very close to what my first cycle is gonna be..

Although during the middle as these guys say I am gonna use 500 a week on the sust.

Also have EVERYTHING on hand. That way you can gaurentee to get the best results.. You know you won't **** it up..

You may want to consider dropping the sust and going with some enanthate or cypionate instead. Personally, I see no reason to taper... I've always been taught just run the dosage straight through. The halflives on the test we're lookin at are pretty long as it is so tapering is kinda pointless. Do taper the d-bol off the last week or so. Make sure you have some nolva on hand... even if you don't use it now, you'll have it for future cycles. With the terrorist **** goin down like it is, availability may be somewhat lower... might take longer to get what you need... make sure you have plenty. Grab some clomid for post cycle... about 30 tabs is good. Start about a week or so after your cycle...run it at 100mg/day for a week then 50mg/day for two more.

Oh and another thing. When i flex my pecs my nipples are soft, they are kinnda puffy if you know what i mean. They have been that way as long as i can remember. I dont think its gyno, it doesn't have to be right? by the way it doesn't bother me at all.

Well I guess my Q is, if you have gyno will you still get the normal warning signs if it starts to develope again?

it could be from a high % of bf, natural gyno from puberty etc.

im with tadger, no need to taper up and down the sus, go with 500mg or 250mg.

yes you can take 300mg on day 1, this is how i take my clomid and have had good success. good luck with your cycle!

Even if you've already had a mild case of gyno, you're still going to see warning signs. If the tissue behind the nipples becomes hard or feels more fibrous, the nipples get itchy then hit the nolva. Alot of people are pretty paranoid about gyno... thin that every little itch is the beginning... but if you get it you'll know. I don't think that you'll have too much trouble on that cycle though.

i/m/o you dont need to wait so long after your last shot to begin clomid. i would say even as short as one week after you could begin.

Sust is overrated. You'll see results a bit quicker with sust maybe... but that's only at higher dosages (750+ mg/week... if you inject e/d or e/o/d you'll make best use of the prop in there). If you're goin with only 250mg/week you're not going to see much at all. Get yourself some ICN galenikas or sumthin. Your test levels will stay more consistant and they're a bit more potent... they're cheaper too.

Yeah... you may want to bump the dosage a bit. If you do, take it twice a week for best results. That way test levels don't fluctuate so much.
